I’m sure we’ve all faced a client who has a need they’re struggling to articulate. Culture Change or Leadership Development needs can often be the hardest to pin down. I’m sure you’ve sometimes wondered if the client even knows what it is they’re trying to change!
If we take a systemic approach, we may build a strong foundation of awareness, from there, change can happen.
We live our lives in systems. The world is a system, our company, our family, our teams are all systems. In the Deep Democracy Process, we get a feel for the system and hear from as many parts as possible.
When conflict arises, it is just a signal that something is trying to change.
If we want system wide change, we need to hear from many voices in that system and listen to them. Respect and curiosity will be the foundation for new insights.
