Guest post from Shirley Gaston, host of BFLG Leeds
I have a massive amount of training tools in my cupboards, nearly 100 different ones, and I’m sure that including these cleverly in my workshop designs is ‘brain friendly’ and helps participants to stay alert, provide an element of novelty and remember more of the learning!
However, which kinds of learning tools are the most brain friendly?
Is it those that involve the most physical movement?
Those that participants have never seen before?
Those that involve participants in creating their own metaphors?
What do you think?
